Wireless connections can facilitate your download but sometimes run the risk of download interruption if the signal is weak or being pirated from a source that is not your own. We shall try to ensure any downloads purchased are completely downloaded by the customer but we will not be responsible for resetting your download link more than one (1) time due to the failure of your internet connection. 

~ After downloading your purchase(s) you will have either a zip file(s) or a folder(s) on your desktop (or the location you downloaded to). If it is a folder, drag it into your itunes library and all the tracks will show up. If it is a zip file, double click on it, then a folder with the same name will appear, then drag that folder into your itunes library and the tracks will show up. We suggest you create a separate playlist in itunes for Dj Frank Delour mixes so they will be easy to organize and keep track of. If for some reason the tracks are out of sequential order after they are loaded into itunes, click on the "album" header at the top of your itunes grid and they will instantly go into sequential order. (Burning CD's): You should separate each mix that you download into seperate itunes playlist before burning. CAUTION: Make sure you set your cd burning preferences in Itunes to "None" or "No Gap Between Songs", or you will have a silent pause between each song during the mixes.
